Letâs do another spinning acrylic pour! This time Iâm using a strainer, attempting a particular technique called a Nautilus Pour.

While I think I had too many colors and spun my canvas too many times to get the true nautilus look, I absolutely LOVE how this piece turned out! It looks so much like a peacock tail.
My paint is all mixed with floetrol (about 2:1 or 3:1 floetrol to paint, depending on the paint) and thinned water to a medium consistency. Paintmixing video is here!    â˘Â Mixing Paint for Acrylic Pouring  ST... Â
