4 medium size eggs + 1 eggyolk 35
1 can 390grms condensed milk 33
1 cup evaporated/fresh milk 12
1 tsp vanilla extract 1
MERINGUE
1 eggwhite
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
NOTE❗THE RECIPE OF OUR CUSTARD FILLING IS EXACTLY IN A 910inches round pan, But if you use LARGE LLANERA, our custard filling is more than 3/4 cup. Below is a custard filling recipe that is exactly right in 2 large llanera
2 Large Llanera Custard Filling
3 medium size eggs + 1 eggyolk
3/4 cup condensed milk
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Total Cost Of Ingredients 110
OVERHEAD COST: 30 (gas, tranpos, etc)
TOTAL COST: 140
YIELDS: 2 large llaner
140 (total cost) ÷ 2 (yields) 70 cost per llanera
SRP: 130 pesos each
2 (yields) × 130 (SRP) = 260
260 140 (cost) = 120 (potential profit)
The net SRP is 100150 pesos or depending on how much you spend and the packaging you use. This is just a sample computation.
