Subcutaneous Peptide Injection

Follow
Drew Timmermans, ND, RMSK

When you inject peptides like BPC 157 over the area of pain, it does not directly go to the area of tissue damage initially. The medication is absorbed by the blood vessels in the subcutaneous tissue and distributed throughout the body. Therefore, there is no difference between injecting in the abdomen versus over the area of pain when we talk about how the peptide gets to the damaged tissue.
