In this timelapse build, we develop a realistic suburban area inspired by MiamiDade County and Broward County, FL. The build features canal dredging; lowres zoning; an elementary and high school with sports complex; service buildings including a fire station, funeral home, and medical center; office, warehouse, and retail space; a community park; and finally, a realistic shopping plaza.
