Sudoku solve from round 2 of the 20242025 setting competition run by the amazing damasosos92 on the Skunkworks sudoku discord. Setters have multiple weeks to set a puzzle on a specific prompt which is then judged on various categories.

Round 2 prompt:
You must set a puzzle that tells the story of the song “The Boy”, by Tom Rosenthal. There are no restrictions on the type of puzzle you can make. The puzzle has to reflect the spirit of the song, its message, its narrative, and storytelling style. It’s strongly suggested to watch this video that animated the entire song:    • Tom Rosenthal  The Boy   . You can also refer to “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz”, “Peter Pan” or “The Chronicles of Narnia” to better understand the expected narrative and storytelling style.
You can focus on specific parts of the story, focus on the message, or include both. It’s strictly forbidden, though, to just add words and verses from the song. Finding the way your puzzle tells the story is part of the challenge. For this round you must name your puzzle to help you tell the story. The choice of the title will be part of the judging.
