Recipe:
Ingredients:
8 gr. of Agar agar, 40 ml of water to dissolve it
1 lt. coconut milk
50 g bitter cocoa powder

Optional:
16 drops of 100% Stevia
1 splash of vanilla.

Bring the 500ml of coconut milk to a simmer with the cocoa well dissolved.
add the dissolved agar agar and optional stevia and vanilla.
Stir until it comes to a boil.
Cool slightly
place in molds
and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours or more.
Unmold and enjoy!
