These cake topper sugar sails look so pretty. They look like sugar bowls or sugar glass bowls right? You can make isomalt sails very easily and if you don't have isomalt you can achieve same look with following this sugar sail recipe.
Ingredients:
140 grms Granulated Sugar
40 grms Light corn syrup
30 grms Water
Heat up the sugar misture to 150°C or 302°F
