My review of the PS1 classic Suikoden, one of the very first of the pantheon of amazing JRPGs for the console. With a brilliant 2D artstyle, a great wartime storyline, and some clever combat mechanics, it stands as one of the very best RPGs ever made, and launched one of the most beloved series that is revered even to this day.
