► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔ Begin with Rep Challenge
✔ 2 Giant Sets (4 exercises per set)
✔Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest; complete as many repetitions as you can in the timed interval)
✔Repeat Each Giant Set x3 Sets
✔3 Minute Burnout Ladder To Finish

►Workout Outline:
30 Reps: Squat to Alternating Overhead Press

1⃣ GIANT SET ONE:
1. Eccentric Squats
2. 2 Back Rows + Clean + 2 Split Lunges
3. Snatch Rack + Pivot Squat Thruster
4. Lateral Lunge + Front Raise

2⃣ GIANT SET TWO:
1. Squat to Alternating Clean + Alternating Thruster
2. 2 Bicep Curls + 2 Curtsy Lunges
3. Lunge Swing + Single Arm Shoulder Press R/L
4. Sumo Deadlift + Back Row + 2 Lateral Squats

3Minute Ladder
Power: Squat to Alternating Overhead Press
Isometric Hold: Low Squat Hold + Pulse
