This full body workout is a spicy way to end week one of our Build 30 Program! Each circuit pairs an arm exercise, a leg exercise and a core exercise for a challenging and efficient dumbbell workout.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔Begin with Rep Challenge
✔3 Triset Circuits (3 exercises per circuit)
✔Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest; complete as many repetitions as you can in the timed interval)
✔Repeat Each Circuit x3 Sets
✔3 Minute Burnout Ladder To Finish

►Workout Outline:
30 Reps: Suitcase Swings

1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
1. Arms: Bicep Curls
2. Legs: Goblet Squat + Staggered Squat
3. Core: Seated SidetoSide Knee Tucks

2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
1. Legs: Pendulum Lunge
2. Arms: Push Up + Plank Row
3. Core: Sit Up + Seated Double Leg Toe Touch

3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE:
1. Arms: 45Degree Shoulder Press + Overhead Triceps
2. Legs: Snatch + Rack + Rotational Lunge
3. Core: Hip Lifts

3Minute Ladder
Power: Suitcase Swings
Isometric Hold: Overhead March
