Sugar (80g/2.8oz).
Cream 3336% (250ml/1 cup).

Soak gelatine (10 g/2/3 tbsp) in water (50 ml/1/5 cup) and let it swell.
Assorted fruits and berries (600g / 2.1oz).
Water (300 ml / 1+1/5 cups),
Sugar (50g / 1.7oz).


Let's make delicious chocolate ice cream in 5 minutes:
Shape ~16x16cm/6.3x6.3in.
Cookies (I have 18 pieces).
Whipped cream 3338% (400 ml/1+3/5 cups).
Condensed milk (150g/1/2 cup).
