It's been a long time since I did a morning video, specifically at the Thistle hotel for viewing RW09L arrivals, the last time of which I did that was in October 2016. This was recorded on what became the hottest day of 2017 so far, and Heathrow was the hottest point, by the time I left my phone said the temperatures had reached 30 degrees, however later in the day after I left it peaked at 34.6 degrees! I honestly couldn't stay any later than I did as it was warm, and I mean warm!

The day started off misty in the distance, but eventually faded, and you will notice the heat haze dropping in as the temperatures peak! Sadly no amazing morning lighting really, the light was pretty much dull grey blue throughout. I do apologise for shaky footage at times, the hotel must of recently done something to their floor which made it slightly slippery, and at times my tripod wanted to go for a ride

Video includes: Virgin Atlantic 787's, A340's, A330's, United 747, 777's, 767's and 787, Delta 767's and 757, British Airways 747's, 777's, 787's, 767 and I left an A319 in because why not, American Airlines 777's and 787's, Qantas A380, Kuwait 777, Finnair and Ethiopian A350's, Thai A380 and many more!

A lot of the decent rush hour movements landed on 09R, as both runways are used between 6am7am, so sadly I missed the South African's, Gulf Air A330, Royal Brunei and a few more! Best to spot them on 27L
