My ex has our two kids for the summer. For the first time since the divorce (3 years) he decided to only pay $120 in child support instead of the $1120 he typically pays. His response when I asked was that he was using that money to "support" the kids while he has them and fund thier "adventures." Its my understanding that child support already factors in overnights, etc and the payment amount doesnt change even if the other parent has the kids for the summer but I cannot for the life of me find anything that supports or disproves that. #childsupport #custody #summer #parentingtime #billietarascio #modernlaw
