Sunday QRP Net (Jun 30)

Follow
QRP Net Livestream

** NET STARTS AT 6pm central, 7pm eastern.. (2300 utc).

Welcome to the QRP SSB Net where we meet new friends, test our radios/antennas and see How Low We Can Go.. We will start the net at our normal time of 6pm central, 7pm eastern.. (2300 utc)

Come join us for some QRP fun and give us a call on the radio. You don't have to check in with QRP power. You can use any power necessary to check in and get on the log. From there we will work with you to lower your power and see how low you can go. Its that simple, so give us a call now.. K0KLB (Kevin in Iowa) & KO4GSM (Steve in South Carolina)

We also log the calls on NetLogger if you have access to that program. You can find the free program at www.netlogger.org

NOTE: Due to LiveStream delay, it is recommended that you mute the live stream audio prior to making a radio call into the net.. This will help eliminate any audio feedback that may occur. It is also a good idea to take note of the time of your check in so you can jump to that time in the LiveStream replay later.

After you check in and our QSO is completed, you can hear a replay of your audio. The net YT video will be saved and a link posted on the "QRP SSB" facebook page OR you can just "backup" the live stream timeline bar once we are done with the QSO..

** MANUAL ATTENUATOR INFORMATION **
If your radio RF power is limited to 5w or 1w and you want to go lower, there are a few signal attenuator options available to pad your signal into the milliwatts range. See Links below.
