After a little hiatus from YouTube figure I'd share a little something special from last weekend. FINALLY got to stretch out the big Cub of my dreams at the 2022 Spring Opener in beautiful Zillah, WA hosted by the Yakima Valley Aero Modelers.

This Cub is a whopping 18ft wing span, 14ft in length and the stabs are 6.5ft across! Custom modified by Joe Mitchell to support the ZDZ420 4 cylinder and JMB custom exhaust swinging the monster 40x16 Fiala prop. Also customized to a split aileron to further improve the flight envelope.

Guided by a JR Propo T44 Special Edition through an 11BPX Pro receiver each surface has a pair of Hitec 9381TH servos (and 4 on the rudder) powered by a set of Thunder Power 2s 5600mah LiPo receiver packs.
