**Recipe
250g Wheat flour (No. 13)
3g dry yeast bread
3g salt
1 egg
110ml fresh milk
20g sugar
25g unsalted butter
** Coconut filling
1 egg (use 3/4 eggs). (1/4 egg left to brush the cake)
40g sugar
45g unsalted butter
70g grated coconut

**topping
sesame (sesame) sprinkled on top of cake

** Preheat oven 5 minutes. Bake at 170*c for 25 minutes
