Please note that this is the international version of Super Mario Bros. 2, a modification of the game Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic (夢工場 ドキドキパニック) released on Famicom Disk System in 1987. The original japanese Super Mario Bros. 2 was later released renamed as Super Mario Bros. The Lost Levels.

Unfortunately we haven't been able to include Satellaview version of this game due to the impossibility to get the original audio tracks. This version was based on Super Mario AllStars released in Super Nintendo.

Regarding other Virtual Console releases on Nintendo's consoles, they have been excluded in this comparison as they are emulation of versions already present in this video.
