Superman like you have never seen before. Welcome back to Pilots where we explore the history and influences that came together to create our favourite properties. This week we have the first in hopefully a multi instalment video series all focused on our good friend Superman.

Join me as I delve into this protype superman self published as an illustrated prose story by its creators Jerry Siegal and Joe Shuster. In this story you wont find any Clark Kent, Lex Luther or even top ace reporter Lois Lane. Don't worry tho as we meet unforgettable characters such as Hobo Bill Dunn, The wicked Dr. Smalley and your favourite and mine, Ace Reporter Ackerman who turns up for a bit at the end.
