A review of this term's U.S. Supreme Court decisions most likely to affect the work of federal judges examines opinions deciding First, Fifth, and Sixth Amendment issues, as well as habeas corpus, criminal procedure, sentencing, federalism, federal court jurisdiction and commercial law issues.
