Yes this is a totally real thing and it happened to me! I got pregnant when I was already pregnant. I was 3 weeks into my pregnancy when I conceived again. It’s a extremely rare thing to happen and it’s called superfetation. Only 15 documented cases in the world EVER and we are one of them!
