In this Video, I walk you through the most important things to know before you start upgrading your surron or talaria bike.
I learnt all of these by finding out the hard way with trial and error I have purchased these items and gone through many variations with my bike until I found out what works and what does not based on your bike configuration.
1st Point Wheel upgrades, 16" rear wheel weight comparing brands as well as tire size and weight based on your bike's current power output.
2nd Point Battery voltage, 72v vs. 60v... Surron and Talaria have different power trains so they demand a different battery and tune.
3rd Point Fork Upgrades, do you really need to change the forks on your MX4? If you respring and reseal your fast ace forks they are great!
Last Point Don't chase power figures!, if you ride offroad 12kw is ample for anyone. 13kw is my personal sweet spot, tune is also important!
Hopefully you found this video helpful and provided you with some good tips to bear in mind when upgrading your surron or talaria.
