Jesse Canan is a retired police officer from the State of Ohio. He was a semiautomatic handgun, patrol rifle, and shotgun requalification instructor with his former agency. Jesse retired from law enforcement due to medical reasons.

Jesse retired from the National Guard after 20 years of service with deployments to Iraq (Army, 2009) and Kuwait (Air Force, 20162017). Jesse was a UH60 crew chief (mechanic and door gunner) and Security Forces while in the military.
