Sweet Bonda | സ്വീറ്റ് ബോണ്ട

Sweet Bonda or Undampori is a popular evening snack usually sold in tea shops in kerala Bonda is made with jaggery, mashed banana and wheat flour. Try out this tasty snack when you have leftover ripe banana.

Jaggery 225g (1c heaped)
Water 2 tbsp
Banana 3(palayamkodan/ mysore pazham)
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp heaped
Wheat flour 2 C
Salt 1/4 tsp
Baking soda 3/4 tsp
Coconut 1/3 C
Water as required
Ghee 1 tsp
Oil for frying
