A dessert that is always welcome, at least in my house, if there is COFFEE everyone likes it, including me!
I love coffee in any way hot, cold or granita in desserts... it's also my favorite flavor of ice cream, that's why I often make coffee desserts, as you may have appreciated over the years!
This is really EASY and FAST, EVERYTHING COLD is prepared in no time!
It has a TIRAMISÙ flavour, as there is MASCARPONE and coffee!
It's a roll made with ladyfingers instead of cookie dough, so NO OVEN and NO STOVE for the Cream!
The flavor and freshness make it a dessert suitable for the end of a meal and to sweeten any moment of the day!

‼ As an alternative to Savoiardi you can use Pavesini biscuits and instead of Mascarpone la Ricotta!

⏱ It should be rested tightly closed and tightly in the film in the fridge better the day before for the next day,
In FREEZER about 2 hours

Ingredients:
30 ladyfingers biscuits
500 g Mascarpone (or Ricotta)
150 ml Sweet whipping cream
2 teaspoons sugar
1 Moka for 8 cups of sweetened coffee
Bitter cocoa
Dark chocolate drops
