INGREDIENTS
9 cups fermented Corn Dough ( divided in 3 parts)
2tbs Salt
6 cups water ( mix 3 cups with corn dough then add 3 cups later to corn dough during the cooking process.
For Cook or Banku Part
3cups Corn Dough
2 tbs Salt Enough to taste after you add raw corn dough
To Make Kenkey
6cups Corn Dough. Add the raw dough to the cooked dough and mix very well, for at least 5 minutes
