Sylvester Stallone, the legendary American actor and filmmaker, boasts an impressive real estate portfolio. Today, we'll explore his three stunning houses: former mansions in LA and La Quinta, California, and his current home in Palm Beach, Florida. Stay tuned for breathtaking surprises around the corner!

Former Los Angeles Mansion

Stallone's former Mediterraneanstyle estate in Beverly Hills, designed by Richard Landry, offers breathtaking views of the canyon and city lights. Built in 1994, this 21,000squarefoot property is located on 3.5 acres in North Beverly Park, a prestigious enclave for Alisters like Denzel Washington, Justin Bieber, and the late Sumner Redstone.

The exterior features an infinityedge swimming pool, treedotted flat lawn, and impressive stone terraces. The home includes a main house and a detached guest house with eight bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, a twostory foyer, a library/office, a chef's kitchen, a formal dining room, a gym, and a home theater. Stallone added a custom bar, cigar room, steelframed windows, and an art studio to the garage.

Stallone sold this mansion to Adele in 2022 for $58 million, down from his original $110 million asking price. He then relocated to Palm Beach, Florida.

La Quinta, California Former Villa

Stallone's next Californian home was a magnificent Mediterranean and Tuscanstyle villa in La Quinta, a desert resort city. Purchased for $4.5 million in 2010, this nearly 5,000squarefoot villa in The Madison Club boasts wood double doors, vaulted and beamed ceilings, arched entryways, and several fireplaces.

Inside, the twostory home has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a spacious living room with a stone fireplace, a dining room leading to a terrace, a kitchen with wood cabinets and a woodandstone center island, a breakfast room, and a wine room.

Stallone sold this villa in 2020 for nearly $3 million, a significant loss from the original asking price.

Palm Beach, Florida

Stallone's current residence is a $35million compound in Palm Beach, Florida. Built in 2014, this 10,500squarefoot Caribbeanstyle waterfront property includes a guest house and a pool pavilion with seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms. The exterior features over 250 feet of sandy water frontage, manicured grounds, a keyholeshaped pool, and a whirlpool spa.

The interior includes a gym, a temperaturecontrolled wine room, oversized windows, fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, and hardwood floors. The living room features floortoceiling windows with a stunning waterfront view.

The kitchen is equipped with topquality designer appliances and polished striped wood cabinets. The expansive master bedroom offers a water view, woodclad cathedral ceilings, a bedroomsized wardrobe, and a spacious dressing room. Stallone's watch collection, including the Patek Philippe white gold doubleface wristwatch sold for $5.4 million, is housed here.

Stallone and his family moved to this home after leaving their longtime residence in La Quinta. They chose Palm Beach for its tropical climate, becoming "emptynesters" with two daughters in New York City and one at the University of Miami. Stallone's late father, Frank Stallone Sr., also owned a home nearby.
