How did a moderate and democratic Syrian revolution fall into the hands of Jihadists? Paul Moreira revisits a group of fighters from the Free Syrian Army, whom he first filmed in 2011, to explore this critical question. This group of friends, originating from a region near Edlib and rallied by Jamal Maarouf (also featured in the documentary), have all since left Syria.
