Recipe for a 2lb batch:
Paprika 10 TSP
Salt 3 TSP
Corn Starch 3 TSP
Cilantro, Dried 3 TSP
Cumin 2 1/2 TSP
Onion Powder 2 1/2 TSP
Garlic Powder 2 1/2 TSP
Oregano 2 TSP
Chili Powder 2 TSP
High Temp Pepper Jack Cheese 6 oz
Water (or your favorite Mexican beer) 1 cup
