All the Govt employees are entitled to TA/DA for any election duty performed for the Parliamentary general election,state assembly election and Panchayat level election.Besides remuneration paid for the election duty, government employees are entitled for Travelling Allowances/Dearness Allowances for training attended before actual polling duty,counting duty and any other long duration duty performed as VST,VVT and in expenditure monitoring cell.Election commission of India orders and FRSR 71 of TA rules are authority on this point.All ECI orders on TA/DA, Govt orders on TA/DA and FRSR rules regarding payment of ta/da to government employees performing election related duties have been explained in this video.
