Tai Chi Sword Circling Training

This is an excellent drill for developing your Tai Chi sword work and should be done every session as a warm up. Remember to keep the body relaxed and not tense, use the waist to turn left and right and the wrist to raise the hand up and down. The combination of the two will result in the tip of the sword moving in an ellipse (circling) the next step is to be able to circle the sword in either direction with the hand holding the sword with palm up and palm down.
