台式傳統油飯Taiwanese Sticky Rice Recipe
Ingredients食材
• Long glutinous rice長糯米1cup
• Short glutinous rice圓糯米1cup
• Pork belly, sliced 五花肉200g切絲
• Shitake 香菇10 pieces
• Dried Shrimps 乾虾米 20g (soaking in the cooking wine )
• Dried shallots 油蔥酥 5Tbsp
• Soy sauce 醬油90ml
• Sesame oil香油2 Tbsp
• Sugar 糖3 tsp
• White pepper powder胡椒粉 1 Tbsp
• Five spice powder五香粉 2 tsp
• Shitake water香菇水 700ml

Sauce醬汁it’s optional )
• Pork lard豬油 100g
• Sticky soy sauce醬油膏 100ml (如果沒有買到醬油膏可改用蠔油建議先減半用量如果味道不夠再調整
• Cooking wine米酒 50 ml
• Water水 50 ml 稀釋鹹度用可自行調整用量
• Soy sauce醬油 50 ml
• Sugar糖 10~12 Tbsp
• Coriander for garnish香菜
