In this video I will ask a number of questions about panic attacks to help establish if they are associated with Panic Disorder. At the end of the video I will speak about treatment for Panic Disorder and tell you where you can get resources to help your panic attacks. The questions are based on the DSM5 criteria for Panic Disorder. However this video is not a substitute for a clinical diagnosis from a mental health professional so should just be used as an indication.
