This is one of the best programs I've ever attended when it comes to Africa food
this program was organized by chef Dee and her team to teach the younger ones the indigenous food we have in the northern region of Ghana and how it can stay forever

most kids today do not value our traditional food less do they forget that this food has the best nutrients you could ever get

in this video I went to tamale just to eat this free food, see how it has been prepared and learn more about how we can preserve it in Africa for as long as it takes
