Tao Yin (or Daoyin) stretching is an efficient way to clear pain from the body. Low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, joint pain, hip pain, etc can all be helped through this gentle method of opening and releasing tension from the body. We end this program with a relaxing Qigong flow to help calm the mind and release our bodies' endogenous pain killers.

Daoyin is essentially Taoist Yoga, and is the branch Qi Gong that focuses more on the opening and stretching of the body, rather than the relaxing and softening.
