Garlic Steak Rice

Hello everyone. I bought nice Wagyu Beef. I make rice dish using it. Let’ cook together !

Ingredients

・250~300g beef(Wagyu if you have)
・3 cloves garlic
・2 green onion
・400g cooked rice
・40cc soy sauce
・Salt and pepper

Recipe

Slice the garlic into 1mm.
・Cut the green onion into 3mm.
・Cut the beef into bite size, then add salt and pepper.
・Oil and garlic into pan. Turn on low heat.
　Sauté garlic until brown.
　Remove garlic temporarily.
・Change high heat, panfry beef throughly.
・Add rice, and panfry.
・Add garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper, last green onion, and panfry.
