Taylar Rough aka Flowz Dilione is a rapper from Newport located west of Melbourne.
Raised in the housing commissions by a single mother, Flowz has been through it all from violence, drugs, prison and more.
After a 5 year prison sentence, Flowz is looking for a positive future through his music and community.
