I go into how to setup the HD Reworked Project to be able to be merged in your Witcher 3 game.

Note this process has worked for me with minimal impact in dialogue delays, but note I do still get one every now and then; but they are few and far between. This is not a perfect fix and may not be ideal for the majority of users with less than ultra beefy machines. This process should only be used if you MUST get the HD Reworked merged to load the game due to texture overload and you just can't part with anything. Been warned.
