Since publishing this video I have had a customer who has similar views to myself who part exchanged his Taylor 314CE V for a hand made Auden guitar in my store. The difference in tone was quite extraordinary.

As a result of receiving his guitar I published a follow up video comparing his old guitar to various Eastman guitars of the same spruce/mahogany wood combination in order for you to hear the difference yourselves.

OK, so if I wanted to be really pretentious I would say "The Truth" but we all know this is just my opinion and my experiences so please just accept them as such. No more no less.

As with all research, question everything you see and hear.

It would be lovely to believe that every development that occured in the World was with our interests in mind but they rarely are.

For that reason I have provided you some really useful research material promoting the V brace by Taylor. Watch the videos and also spend some time reading the viewers feedback too.

From my video and doing further research you will get a good sense of whether V bracing has any relevancy to you personally and whether you want to spend £3000 as a living experiment.
