#Shorts The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) controls telephonic communications from call centers that are telemarketing calls, pre recorded calls or voice messages, text messages, unsolicited faxes, autodialled calls

Here you can understand the TCPA requirement for telemarketing call centers
1. Telemarketing calls required written consent from customers before robocalling. These calls require either prior written consent or oral consent if the calls are made to a customer number.
2. Telecallers cannot call before 8:00 A.M. and after 9:00 P.M.
3. DONotCall Registry: They cannot call if the consumer has added the caller's name to the Do Not Call list.
4. The callers cannot send unsolicited text messages or fax to the customer home/office.
5. They are required to provide their identities like name, name of the organisation, name of the head/manager, contact information, office address and all sets of information must be valid.
6. They are required to provide an automated and interactive optout mechanism during the call so that if the customer is not interested can immediately tell the caller to stop calling.
