In this Tea Talk Episode we want to introduce you to Yerba Mate, a naturally caffeinated drink which is hugely popular in central and southern regions of South America as well as some countries in the Middle East. Traditionally, Yerba Mate is prepared a gourd and passed around in a circle of friends or family. This is part of the social and cultural experience of drinking mate.
