Leadership educator Drew Dudley takes exception to "The List": a lesson in the education system that is learned though never taught, and that he feels keeps people of all ages from truly embracing their passions.



TEDxUWO is the official TEDx conference for The University of Western Ontario in London, Canada.

The theme of this inaugural conference was Own Your Passion. A total of 200 spots were reserved for audience members, while thousands more across the country joined via satellite locations and live video stream.

At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
