Embark on an engaging journey through “Avoiding Bob’s Blunders,” a unique MCLE program where legal education meets narrative storytelling. About the Speaker

Joshua Tucker, the founder of Local Realty Law, has extensive experience in real estate litigation involving both commercial and residential disputes, and representing owners and property management in unlawful detainer and civil litigation cases. He is an active member of the State Bar of California and the Real Property Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association, and a contributing member of the CEB Real Property Advisory Committee. Mr. Tucker, a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduated with honors and has previously worked at McDougal Love Eckis et al., where he represented various public and private entities, including handling real property disputes.
