Pork Loin is a terrific cut to smoke. For this video I fire up the Pit Barrel Cooker with some Hickory Wood for smoke, give a 3 pound Pork Loin a generous spicy rub, and finish it off with a sweet Honey Glaze for a delicious meal.

Rub Ingredients

½ cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Chile Powder
2 TBSP Smoked Paprika
1 TBSP Granulated Garlic
2 tsp Kosher Salt

Glaze Ingredients

½ cup Honey
2 TBSP Mustard
1 TBSP Crushed Ginger
1 TBSP Soy Sauce
