We got this cheap Ebay 40 series torque converter to test out. It doesn't have the best fitment but we made it work. Despite everything we read that said not to run the driver puller with the nut towards the engine we do it anyways. Luckily it worked and I still don't know why that is recommended not to do. We got it all mounted then had to torture test it. I think it passed.
