Unstable approach. Causes: after disconnecting there is a strong need to push to remain on glide. Maybe AP relies less on stabilized trim and more on elevator and one needs to trim it immediately, which I failed to do. Secondly, speed was already high as it's difficult to match thrust levers with ATS setting before disconnecting. Thirdly, wind shifted somewhat during approach. And finally, pilot should have been way more sharp.
