I’m going to show you how to make “Pad See Ew”, it’s a Thai dish of rice noodles fried in soy sauce.
“Pad” means stirfry and “See Ew” means soy sauce. This is a delicious street food dish in Thailand.

‍ Ingredients for 4 people:
Marinade:
10 oz pork loin or chicken flesh
a pinch of salt
½ tsp ground white pepper
½ tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
½ tbsp oyster sauce

2 lb large fresh rice noodles or 12 oz dehydrated noodles
1 tbsp dark soy sauce

Seasoning sauce:
2 tbsp light soy sauce
½ tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar

3 eggs
6 garlic cloves
1 lb Chinese broccoli Gai Lan
a pinch of salt
½ tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp vegetable oil
