RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:

RECIPE 1:
1 red onion.
Olive oil.
Fry the red onion over medium heat.
3 sticks of celery.
2 small carrots.
2 potatoes.
2 sweet potatoes.
Mix vegetables well.
Water 1.2 liters / 6 glasses.
Vegetable broth 1 liter / 5 cups.
Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
1 broccoli.
1 zucchini.
Cover and cook for 35 minutes until vegetables are tender.
While the soup is cooking, prepare the croutons!
3 slices of bread.
Olive oil.
Salt, Dried Garlic.
Italian herbs.
Fry until golden brown.
It turned out very tasty and fragrant croutons!
Vegetables are ready!
Grind until smooth.
salt, black pepper.
Cream 300 ml / 1 glass.
Mix well.
Place the saucepan on the stove for another 5 minutes to thicken the cream.

Broccoli 200 gr.
Rice 100 g / 1/2 cup.
2 garlic.
Tomato paste 1 tablespoon.
sugar 2 g
Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the resulting vegetables to the soup.
add rice.
Cover and let the soup boil.
Add broccoli.
Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
Dill.
The soup is ready!

Fry vegetables for 5 minutes.

Tomato paste 1 tablespoon.
Water 200ml / 1 glass.
Salt.
sugar 1 teaspoon.
Khmeli suneli.
Rosemary.
flour 1 tablespoon.
Fry for 2 minutes.
I add the resulting vegetables.
Mix well.
Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Add parsley to the finished soup.

Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon.
