You know the one. They argue with you, they push back on your requests, they go around you to your boss, they gossip about you and their teammates – they generally seem to enjoy making your life difficult.

I get how hard it is. I’ve coached a lot of clients through this challenge – and it’s always uncomfortable and difficult.
