Hi! I´m a Portuguese drummer and I just wanted to share a simple 10 minute double bassdrum (or double pedal) warmup exercise routine that I go through before shows or practice/recording sessions. These exercises are also good for double bassdrum endurance prep, or even fast double bassdrum, as they improve your balance. You can also use these short exercises to workout your swivel technique, floating technique, or ankle motion.
