This "20% workout" is pelvic floor friendly. Specific cues are given for breathing and technique, keeping the workout safe for people with all sorts of pelvic floor issues, including prolapse. However, I can't guarantee that it will be appropriate for your needs. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT and will tolerate exercises differently. Listen to your body and stop or modify if anything feels uncomfortable for you.
